A
Authenticity
An authentic object does not become inauthentic because of its holder's personal access status.
A clear standard for truthful acquisition, object identity and the continuity of ownership.
Read the six rules01 / Purpose
These rules protect truthful acquisition, object identity, ownership continuity and the people and systems of the House. They apply alongside the Terms of Sale whenever an object is requested or acquired through ELAISSAOUI.
02 / The standard
Direct, limited and equally applicable to every acquisition.
Use accurate identity, contact, delivery and payment information when placing an order.
Respect published acquisition and quantity limits. Do not evade them through coordinated people, accounts or addresses.
Do not use stolen payment details, bots, automated purchasing, account misuse or interference with House systems.
Do not counterfeit, alter or misrepresent an object, its Object Passport, verification result or ownership history.
A lawful resale is not prohibited. A House-recognised transfer may update the Passport and House Record, but does not by itself determine legal title.
Lawful withdrawal, returns, defect or warranty claims, privacy requests, criticism and resale do not violate these rules by themselves.
03 / The boundary
A

B
Verified current ownership establishes eligibility only. Entry requires separate personal verification or activation and does not transfer automatically with an object.
