Shipping and Duties
1) Who ships your order
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by ELAISSAOUI SARL, Casablanca, Morocco, through insured premium carriers.
2) Processing time
In stock pieces are prepared within two to five business days. Made to order and personalised pieces follow the lead time shown on the product page or confirmed by our concierge.
3) Delivery times and cost
Estimated transit times and costs are shown at checkout for your destination. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, weather or carrier delays.
4) Import taxes and duties
Goods are dispatched from Morocco. For destinations outside Morocco your order is an import. Depending on destination, import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee may apply. Where these are calculated and collected at checkout, you receive your order with nothing further to pay. Where they are not shown at checkout, they are billed to you on import by the carrier or customs. The basis that applies to your destination is shown at checkout.
5) Tracking and signature
Shipments are tracked and may require an adult signature on delivery. For high value orders we may deliver only to the billing address or to a verified address.
6) Customs information
We declare goods accurately and lawfully. We cannot mark orders as gifts or understate value.
7) Risk and damage
Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact concierge@elaissaoui.com within seven days so we can support a claim and a remedy.
8) Restricted destinations
We may be unable to ship to some destinations for legal or carrier reasons. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund it in full.
